With 30 years of inventive expertise in the gourmet food industry, Chef Robert truly has a passion for catering. Having catered over 2000 weddings and corporate functions, Chef Robert believes that each menu must be customized to provide his clients and their guests with a most memorable event.
Prior to relocating to Florida, Chef Robert and his wife Barbara were the premier caterers in over 25 estates and mansions throughout New England. Since then, they are preferred caterers for the Edison & Ford Winter Estates, The Burroughs House and the Art of the Olympians Museum, in Fort Myers, Florida. Recipient of many accolades and awards, Chef Robert was featured in a one-hour National Food Network special called “So You Want to Have a Wedding”.
Chef Robert has catered for numerous celebrities, including a request from President Ronald Chef Robert believes Reagan to cater a dinner for industrialist Armand Hammer.
His fondest memory is when he was invited to escort Ms. Julia Child in New Orleans in celebration of her 80th birthday. While there, he met Chef Emeril Lagasse and Chef Paul Prudhomme, with whom he remains close friends.
